CEN Hurricane Katrina Notes and Resources
CEN’s Mary Marr, “Now is the time for Christians to reach out with contributions, assistance to those providing services – including those who are housing relatives and friends across this nation for many weeks to come, and prayer. We applaud the churches and listeners who are getting involved. Let’s not forget to pray specifically for those being called on to provide the services from around the country, yet have their own tragedies and ties to Hurricane Katrina.”

Sampling of Ministry Quotes:
NRB President, Dr. Frank Wright: “I rejoice that when NRB-member organizations respond to human need, they also bring with them the Gospel of Life. As important as it is to meet tangible human needs, the ultimate tragedy would be to be rescued from mortal ills only to perish everlastingly without Christ.” more>>
